Happy Wednesday!
First–who is loving #tweetbacktuesday?? We are!! So fun to chat with y’all š
Secondly….We don’t have a ton of time to write a lengthy post, but wanted to share a few pictures of one of the Houses of Hope buildings that is currently under construction. My dad just returned today from South Africa…below are a couple pictures of the new building that he worked on while he was there.
Some of the money that was raised at A Night For Hope is being used to build this house. THANK YOU!!
Last but not least….many of you have been asking about the “A Night For Hope” t-shirts…and YES…we will still be auctioning them off on eBay & YES, we will definitely let you know when we do š Thanks again for all of your love and support of these kiddos….
xoxo

love #tweetbacktuesday’s š
Also, pretty cool to see something tangible come out of donations/fund raising…I’ve donated to other charities before, but you never actually get to see what your money does so this is pretty awesome š

this is great y’all!! it’s wonderful how much y’all do for others in need. big hearts y’all have. hopefully y’all can inspire millions of people to do the same thing. I think the world could be a much better place.
Y’all ever check out Crowdrise.com? It’s a place where you can start your own volunteer charity projects and raise a BUNCH of money online and use it to go towards your project. You could make one for A Night For Hope and raise more money for it, set your own time limit on when donations can start and when they stop. I know y’all got a lot of money raised form the concert and a lot of us who come here every day and read your blog, but this could be another opportunity for y’all to get MORE people and more fans to donate. … just a thought!
Much Love and Big Hugs out to both y’all!! ā¤

Its so nice to see the money raised actually being put to use. Most of the time when money is donated, you never get to see what’s happening with it. Makes me smile.

A HUGE thank you for showing us that some of the money raised from Night for Hope is going toward building a house … It’s rewarding to see that the money donated is providing a better life for those kiddos.
